I came up with the idea of this book after hearing so many mums tell me that they needed encouragement, not the negative and disturbing birth stories that are so prevalent. I have written this book for you and for all the other pregnant couples seeking to have a fabulous birth.
The stories are all true. The women that I have written about, just like every other woman I help through the birthing process, prove to me that women are strong and determined. We contort our bodies and breathe through the most unbelievable marathon each time we birth our babies. Our inspiration and prize is the baby we birth, and the outcome is so incredibly worth our efforts.
